Builder / Independent Floors

PPI helps you explore various independent floor options according to your needs and budget. Our team short lists floors in Delhi/NCR and this allows you to visit these locations and take an informed decision.

INVESTMENTS

We follow a value-driven approach to investments and exits, making solo and co-investments as lead or passive investors. Our portfolio spans agricultural, residential, and institutional land, built spaces, and Indian real estate funds, with current holdings in residential land, institutional land, and commercial buildings.
