Ravi Kant Jain
Ravi Kant Jain is the founder of Property Point India Pvt Ltd (PPI). He has been in the Real Estate Industry for over five decades and has been involved in a number of facets of the industry including advisory, broking, construction and development. He has also launched a number of other successful ventures such as Fab-Café, in JV with Fabindia and Central Cottage Industries Emporium, in agreement with Government of India. While he is no longer on the board, he continues to guide and mentor PPI and other companies owned by the family. He is also an active member of Rotary India.
Varun Jain
Varun Jain is a business professional with a diverse background in real estate development, technology, and finance. He currently works in his family's business of real estate development, where he has extensive experience in land
acquisition, planning and managing projects such as townships, hotel construction, commercial property construction, and builder floors. He has a focus on builder-floor construction in the NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon) area.
In addition to his real estate background, Varun co-founded Usnatek, a firm that identified new technologies and brought them to India. The firm was a pioneer in the drone services industry in India, having used drones for surveying and mapping as early as 2017. He previously worked as an investment banker responsible for M&A and private equity transactions in technology and other industries. One of his previous ventures was a business process outsourcing and call-centre technology integration company which he exited through a sale to an investor.
Varun holds an Electronics & Computer Systems Engineering degree from the University of York, UK and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, USA. He is active in a number of industry forums, particularly in Young Indians (part of the Confederation of Indian Industry), where he was the chapter chair for Yi Delhi and is currently heading the Innovation Vertical for Young Indians nationally. He is an active startup investor, having invested in AI, Edtech, Vertical SaaS and Fintech companies.
Sahil Jain
Sahil Jain leads the design, construction and procurement functions at PPI. He is a director in a number of other companies promoted by the family. He is a finance graduate from the Loughborough University, UK.
With deep knowledge in urban planning and infrastructure and understanding the nuances of the guiding authorities of the civil planning, he organizes the compatible planning of the projects in association with the client’s demands. His in-depth knowledge of land in and around Delhi/NCR is his key strength and helps our clients take better decisions in making the right choice.
He is a keen sportsman and loves to play Table Tennis and Golf. He is also an active member of Rotary India.
